Volunteer Registration

Registration for a volunteer position (Board Member, Locker Room Monitor or Team Manager) requiring Safesport Certification and Background Screen

Ages: January 1, 1904 to October 1, 2008

Reimbursement Request

Volunteer coaches, team managers, and locker room monitors can request reimbursement for approved out-of-pocket costs required to serve FVYHA, such as USA Hockey registration and background screening.

Coaching Registration

All coaches, assistant coaches and door holders interested in volunteering are required to complete a coaching registration.
